Howard Haven Staff

Our primary goal at Howard Haven is to provide our residents with a safe family-friendly environment. Our caring staff offers around the clock care to assure personal needs are met for each and every resident.

Howard Haven Management:
Jennifer Brower, the superintendent at Howard Haven Residential Center oversees the day-to-day operations while maintaining compliance with the Howard County Board of Commissioners. Jennifer Brower supervises employees, while ensuring a positive quality of independent living for all residents. She is highly motivated and dedicated in supporting each individual with personal growth, independence, and health.

Priscilla Cook the assistant superintendent is the medical coordinator at Howard Haven Residential Center. She coordinates physician appointments, medications, and provides administrative support.

Howard Haven Staff:
Caregivers, Housekeepers, and Kitchen Staff are a compassionate and caring part of our team. They provide three nutritional meals each day and housekeeping and laundry services on a weekly basis. Our dedicated staff provides a clean, safe environment for our residents and their families.

All staff engages in introducing and implementing daily activities and assisting with reminders such as medication reminders, personal hygiene and monitoring resident’s behavior.

Undesirable Weather Conditions
